What goes on the barbecue has a lot to do with what goes on – or doesn't go on – in the bedroom. The consumption of hot dogs, burgers and steaks can contribute to hardening of the arteries and slow the flow of blood to all the body's organs – not just the heart!
Viagra and other anti-impotence drugs may get you through the night, but a vegan diet can get you through your life! Cows, chickens and pigs shouldn't be treated as "meat machines" – they feel pain and fear just as intensely as you and I do. Animals on factory farms are kept in filthy, cramped conditions before they are violently killed for their flesh – all in order to provide consumers with cheap burgers, nuggets and other foods.
Eating meat is linked to high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, prostate cancer, prostate inflammation and hormonal imbalances, and these are the causes of the vast majority of all cases of impotence. The good news is that medical science suggests that all these conditions can be managed or in some cases even prevented with a low-fat vegan diet.
