Thank You for Speaking Out Against Bullfighting

We need your help right now to keep the pressure on the Spanish government to stop supporting the slaughter of countless bulls during bullfights. You can help by forwarding this page to at least five friends and family members and asking them to e-mail the prime minister of Spain, His Excellency José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, and demand that he put an end to cruel bullfighting.

Please help put an end to the cruel mutilation and slaughter of bulls during bullfights.

Bullfighting is perhaps the most violent and cruel "sport" that is still legal in Europe. Thousands of terrified bulls are forced to take part in these cruel events every year. The animals are taunted, stabbed and mutilated before jeering crowds. Their spines are severed, and as they lie dying, they are dragged off by their horns. The last thing they hear before they die is the jeering spectators. Bulls pay for this archaic form of "entertainment" with their lives.

Please join me in support of PETA's campaign to put a permanent end to these sickening events by signing the group's online petition to the prime minister of Spain urging him to put an end to bullfighting and make Spain a compassionate country that values the lives of all beings.
